POLICIES

PRICES:
All prices are shown in Australian dollars ($). It is our aim to sell our products and the best possible prices, however, we reserve the right to adjust as necessary any listed price at any time in response to a price increases by suppliers or freight price changes.

PAYMENTS:
VISA, MasterCard and Pay Pal (also accepts credit cards) are all accepted. Payment must be received before products are shipped.

ORDERS OUT OF STOCK:
Every effort is made to make sure only items in stock are listed. If for some reason a product you have ordered is out of stock we will contact you immediately and offer you the options (a) to order alternative products (b) to dispatch the products as soon as they become available (c) to cancel the order and receive a refund.

SHIPMENTS:
Orders will be shipped within 48hrs (no including weekends and public holidays). Packaging is included in the shipping charge. Every effort is made to ensure your products reach you in perfect condition.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:
All products must be returned unused in original packaging, at which point we will refund or exchange the product (s), however the the shipping cost is non refundable, in the event exchanging the product you would be require to pay additional postage fees. Should you need to return or exchange a product please contact us

All our goods are carefully checked and properly packaged, therefore we don't expect you to receive any damaged or faulty products. If however for some reason you do please contact us
